Yah! It is the last week of Chemo. Ruth is doing well. She has had neuropathy and hair loss, but she is handling everything well. Her doctor told her that she should be his poster child. He has never seen anyone do so well. She is still wondering what she is supposed to learn from all of this, but I just tell her maybe she has to go through this to help someone else. She told me that she would much rather go through this herself than see her children suffer through this. What is left you ask? She has a few weeks of Radiation and a year of a hormone blocker, but the good news is that her hair should start growing back in six weeks. Congrats mom, we love you! You are such an inspiration to all of us.
